I finally came to my senses regarding Svetlana Z, at the Maria Dorina Agency, now known as Pure Heart.
I wrote to her for many months and received cozy letters, so went to see her. The trip to Chernivtsi was not easy in the back of a small harsh riding, but newer little car. She did not come to the airport to meet me, nor did she come to the apartment owned by the Agency, to greet me. The next day she didn't show up on time, and when we did meet a few minutes late, she didn't seem interested.
That means that she didn't look at me, didn't want to be close to me, didn't ask any questions, or really show any interest at all. Quite a contrast to her letters.
The next day we took a ride to visit the castles, and she sat on the far side of the back seat, sort of facing me. After a while, I reached over and held her hand, and there was a sort of horrified look on her face, and in her eyes.
Well, I know I am not the handsomest old man in the world, but I'm not bad, and I had sent plenty of pictures, so she knew what I looked like, and I coldn't understand what was happening. So after a few minutes I pulled my hand back, and the rest of the trip was, to say the least, frosty.
It has finally dawned on me what likely happened, which is that she never wrote the letters or saw my pictures, and was just paid to meet with me. She was just selling her name and pictures and had to leave her husband or boyfriend and show up when called. I believe Pure Heart, aka Maria Dorina Agency is another scam, just like Luba.
