The only agency in Chernovsty I know not to be a scam is Marianna's marriage agency. At least it was not some two years ago. I know things have changed with this agency with the husband and wife getting a divorce but last I heard the agency was still legit. You make not like the way Cecil run's his business, but it was not a scam outfit.

Yes. All the agencies in Chernovtsy are scammers. Some worse than others, but all will do their best to separate you from your money.
