Trying to plan a trip to Chernovtsy Ukraine in April, and would like to find a good priced Apartment "Flat" to rent for 2 weeks.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you cant find an apartment, you could stay at on of the hotels. I stayed at a hotel while I was in Chernovtsy, called Hotel Cheremosh. It was a while ago, and was ok, not the best. You can read about it here:

It is hard to find good apt to rent in Chernivtsi for two weeks mostly apt need to rent for months. Here in Chernivtsi only few apartments... prices about 25$ per night, but I don't think that will be nice apt.
The Cherimosh hotel is big but in some rooms you'll find furniture from the Soviet Times.
Hotel Magnat has too thin walls, when you'll be in the hotel room you'll hear what is going on in the hall or outside, Krise is not in good location ( evenings not so safe there)
I can recomend Hotel Bukovina, Premium and Knaus apartments, good location, good atmosphere, prices different Bukovina about 52-57 $ per night breakfast includes. Premium about the same, Knaus about 70$ breakfast includes.
About CHernivtsi where to stay where to eat and where to go, just ask...

Well about food nothing to worry! It is easy!
Main tourists street is Kobilyanska street you'll find there very good Vien Cafe, Austrian restaurant, but when you look to the opposite side of Austrian restaurant there is Fondue cafe ( on the secound floor) and pizza park cafe ( on the ground floor).
Fondue is good for light lunch I love their salads and desserts ( mostly with club music), on the first floor Pizza park much cheaper but small portions.
Talking about Vien Cafe there is good atmospher, very good food, big portions and not so cheap.
When you'll be on the Kobilyanska treet you'll see "PINK" Cathedral go straight to the end of this street and on the right you'll see Polish Cuisine "Kwinto" people nice pub but need to be sure if you like fat food....
Well about cafe and restaurant I can talk alot, couse our people like to eat so you'll find these places almost everywhere.
One rule, if there is bed smell, and bed furniture... turn around and go find enother place.

What to visit? Hmmm.... Chernivtsi is the museum of architecture so just look around at the buildings you'll find interesting sculptures, we have few museums on the Kobilyanska street and Centralna squere, University for sure that is great building. To be honest when my friends came from USA we just walked around the city all days long and took pictures...

If you have opportunity go to the castle in Khotin, it's 1 hour drive from CHernivtsi, go to mountains....
About clubs if you are not teenager then you'll be interesting only in few clubs, because other clubs are visiting by kids.

Entertainment center is Panorama - skating, bowling, billiards, cinema 4d,climbingand . It's situated on Khotinska street ,43

Taxi- don't want to pay more take a taxi with taximeter...
