My experience with MarvelLink Services for Ukraine

I was pleasantly surprised by this company!!! They definitely have my highest recommendations for personalized service. The owners appear to be a RW Wife and AM Husband team, and are extremely helpful. In addition, I feel comfortable with them since they are located in Orlando, Florida. Sending your credit card number over seas can be a scary experience.
Yelena is very prompt with her e-mail replies, as she follows up on her orders quickly. She delivers as promised and on time. They are even willing to carry out any extra services not offered on their website.
If she does not have it, she is certainly willing to research the information for you at only the cost of a phone call. What I do not understand is how anyone could have so many connections for all over the FSU. And the answer is NO, I swear to GOD that I have absolutely no personal investment in this company.

I would like to have references to good and reputable companies on this board, as well as the blacklist of you know what. Perhaps you would tell us a little bit more about what services you purchased, how much was it, and how satisfactory was the delivery.

Well basically I ordered some flowers, and a radio song to be played over my fiancee's local radio station in Ukraine. In addition I asked if she could have some photos taken of her recieving the flowers and gift card for $10 additional.
On another ocassion she did reseach for me by getting some information in a particular city. In each case Yelena carefully advised me of my options when ever I had any questions. There were no hidden charges as far as I could see.
If she was un-aware of the exact costs, she would research the situiation carefully first, to make sure she did not charge more than she promised. Usually she replies to special requests for service of this type within 1 to 3 days.
She asked for coverage of costs to pay for her phone calls to Ukraine while doing some extra research. It came out to about $15. I offered an extra $5 for her time.
The only thing that bothers me is that she keeps refering to my fiancee as my "Friend" which I think implies that she does not take our relationship seriously.
It really is not a big deal, but just a personal thought. Well I suppose she is just trying to be realistic about having a long distant relationship, therefore one has to respect her opinion. And maybe she just wants to remain objective. In either case, she seems like a very nice person.
I know that they cost more than a few other places, but you get what you pay for. I would rather get good service from what seems to be a family owned business, than to be treated poorly by an impersonal company.
