Just curious... is anyone taking herbs while on Brava? I'm wondering if it would be safe and/or smart to do both an herbal program AND Brava... perhaps it would speed up results? Then again, maybe it would cause a negative effect, like make your breast cells go crazy or something. LOL I dunno! :P

I'm planning on calling up the company tomorrow to ask this and some other questions, but I was just wondering what you ladies think and if some of you *are* doing this.

They'll say to you don't take the herbs because herbs don't work anyway. They'll say Brava is the only thing that works.

It wouldn't be a smart thing to do, because you would not know which was working. As others have said, what a gross nightmare it would be to go though the trails and tribulations of doing something ghastly like Brava without even knowing whether it was working for you or not. You need to know for certain whether Brava is doing anything for you or not.

That's true, I never thought about that. That would suck if it was the herbs and not Brava doing all the hard work -- what a waste of time and money Brava would be!
