I just posted my pictures of what look like with no swelling and what i am left with on a daily basis. do you think i have grown from my original picture from before i started brava? thanks.
Hi, Thank you the encouragement. I'm all about reading every post because I am so new to all this. So, I checked out your photos and I definitely think your size has increased. To me your end result looks the same as the 4.5 hour post dome removal photo in which you said was your final goal. I think you've reached it! If you were to do another cycle, you would probably double given the size you've already reached. I'm thinking that if I can hang in there to complete one cycle, that will probably do it for me. However, the winter months would be much easier for me. So I may do ten now and try another shorter run in the fall/winter. I have a teenage son and don't want to explain this to him. So, I'm going to bed early and staying confined to the bedroom while I'm "geared" up. It will be much easier next week when school is out and he sleeps in. I may even get some 12 hour runs in! My husband is having trouble adjusting to the pump but he says its worth it! You look great and I'm glad you posted your photos. It really makes me more motivated.
Thanks for the quick reply. i am close to my goal, but after seeing all that swelling i would like to be bigger. so i an definitely going to start another cycle, just dont when! thanks. hopefully my domes can last another go. good luck to you!
diana they look wonderful! you're so fortunate they went up so much in just 7 weeks. i'm currently on my 7th week and its not nearly that drastic :( i have a couple questions:
-did you start off getting swelling up to a D cup? if not, how long did it take?
-do you manually suck out the air? because although i know its unsafe, it seems as though people who do get more results....
-did your swelling ever seem like it just stopped after a certain point? or did it keep swelling more the more you wore it?
i think i'm going to wear them for another 10 weeks at most. right now although there are some results, i'm not sure if there's any actual tissue growth or just excess swelling. hopefully i can get as much results as you did!
I do have a brava program page somewhere on here. actually there is a link to it on my picture page and it can tell you the measurements i got with swelling. i do use alot of manual extra suction. good luck to you! p.s. yes i did seem to plateau at around six or seven weeks. partly why stopped. but really need new domes now. extra large-wide though. :) eventually i will be able to afford them!

i think it's a clear improvment, congrats! but i wish there were other pictures of brava success, so it gave me more confidence.
Firstly you have had great results, well done, the swelled pics looks amazing and the longterm pic is a definite good increase.
Just wanted to know about manual suction. When my Brava arrives I'll have a better look at all the tubing and take myself down to the aquarium supply place and get a check valve and a t-tube.
Just wanted to know if:
- you used manual suction right from the beginning or if you waited to get used to the smartbox?
- how much suction did you apply? Did you always do it absolutely as hard as possible?
- did you get much in the way of bruising / rashes / lumps and bumps?
Haven't had much in the way of rashes. i only use the sport box but i suck out the air till it hurts and i suck more out every so often, just in case. never used anything else. i do get bruising though. once in a while. sorry it took so long to respond. :)
