In addition to Brava - will this stuff help?June 13 2007 at 1:04 PM | Louise (no login) |
| I understand massage is not recommended with Brava, I've got PM creme - can I just rub it in after I've been in the shower? I'm also taking Wonderup and trying to eat more protein and intend to introduce SP / nettles once I've had a month of Wonderup to check it doesn't make me ill. I read on the main page that poor circulation can be a problem so maybe I need to take ginkyo biloba as well. I was also thinking about applying heat - apparently it increases progesterone but also it should help with circulation right? So either just putting the shower as hot as I can handle for 10mins or maybe a hot towel or hotwater bottle or something.
Will any of the positively / negatively affect Brava results? (Obviously a huge permanent increase would be great but even some decent swelling for a few hours would be more than welcome) |

Other users have reported that from an A cup start they can work up to DD-E with a long period of wear and it lasts for even a few days if you've worn Brava long enough...that's better than a padded bra which you may want to take off |

Why are you doing all this stuff together? How will you know what's working? I would have thought that if you're committing to something like Brava, it's pretty vital to know whether it's working or not and exactly how it's working. In your case you'll never know. It doesns't sound good to me. |
