I like the idea of silicon sheeting but how would you get a seal over a sheet? Maybe if it was really thin like cling film?

It took me a while to finally figure out the right routine for me. I think everyone is probably different. You may have to play around with it until you find what works best for you. But I found that I actually got more sustained growth with one 30 min session on firm setting at about half suction. If I wore it twice a day or 60 min at a time or any other setting my whole breast would turn red and wouldn't go away unless I stopped for a few days. I also did not take the recommended breaks because I often would miss a day or two. I did it at night while in bed and I could fall asleep with it on and the alarm would wake me up to take it off. I did wear the silicone for a while but I think it may actually be better not to use it. It seems like it takes up some of the room in the domes so that there is less swelling with it. And the fullest part of my sustained growth for me seems to be right around where the rims touch my skin. So I think that it might be important not to cushion the domes. I did get nice results fairly quickly but I continued to use it for about a year because I was afraid it might not stay and still wanted more. I finally realized that I wasn't going to grow anymore but continued to use it because I was still afraid of shrinking and sagging again. Even though I wore it for almost a year I only gained about one cup size but I did lose all the sagging so it was so worth it for me. hope this helps and good luck to you!

To Kieyah/follow up question

Thanks for responding. I have put mine in the closet because I had company spending a week with me. I have not taken it out of the closet since. I am thinking I may give it another shot. One cup would make a big difference. By the way wear did find the silicone sheeting?

honestly I think it is better just to work your way up on the suction level slowly and not use the silicone. But I got mine on ebay. here is the seller below that I had used. I ordered clear and asked for the thickest and softest but I know other ladies have done fine with medium thickness and medium firmness. So that is up to you. after it arrives you need to cut out two holes for your breasts to fit through and there needs to be enough room for the dome rims to fit without causing a leak. What you do is set the domes on top of the sheet with the plastic covering still on then (so you don't have to draw directly on the silicone) then trace around the domes onto the plastic covering with the domes positioned centered and touching in the middle. then draw another circle about 2 inches or more inside that circle so that the rims would sit on the silicone and there should still be some silicone inside the rims about an inch (remember the silicone can stretch some). Then when you are sure that you have it right cut out the smaller circles, remove the plastic covering and try it out. first turn on the BB so that you can put the domes on right away. Then get the silicone sheet and sit it over your chest you may need to stretch the wholes a bit to get the breasts inside then fit the domes on and hold them over the silicone pressing against your chest until the suction takes hold. Then they should stay on by themselves. You may need to trim off a bit more until it fits right.

silicone sheets

June 30 2007, 12:42 AM

I tried to buy this at Home Depot and no one knew what I was talking about. I said it was for my fish tank(I dont even own a fish tank). Could not bring myself to explain to two old men why I was looking for the sheeting.

Not sure but do you mean that you cut out just enough to fit where the cups touch the skin, thin ring of sheeting? Or should it be thicker than this? Also do you take off the adhesive backing and apply it to the skin and use a new sheet each time? I have almost turned off the suction and it still tends to be too much pressure against may chest wall.

I am sorry for so many questions, but this is very helpful information. Thank u for answering.

you will need to look for it on ebay. Its about a half inch thick with no adhesive. you would just re-use the same sheet each time. It is the same kind of silicone sheeting used to make shoe insoles except this is all one big sheet. hope that helps
