Just out of interest, I thought I would look at this bravabreasts product that has been mentioned here a lot recently. I found a bravabreasts.com site and a bravabreasts.info site, both of which have had their domain names blocked. I thought perhaps that Brava has fought back against someone using their name. It does after all seem to constitute a passing off action, given that the names are obviously so similar.

Just to clarify this, bravabreast.com, bravabreast.info and bravabreast.co.uk are all registered domains but have been blocked (this is bravabreast in the singular). Bravabreasts.com (with an s on the end) is a registered domain which has not been blocked and is therefore a working website.

I don't think she's asking a question. She's simply pointing out that someone is blocking the use of the bravabreast name.
