I started the herbs first as I was abroad and had taken the wonderup with me. I felt a weird 'boob awareness' kind of aching and tingling and felt like I wanted to massage to calm them, then some evenings felt achey - this started about 4 days after I first took them and was there most of the time. I've been off herbs for a week as I'm having some blood tests done. Since wearing Brava (started about 2 weeks after herbs) I haven't really noticed any aching just a lot of nipple tingling but I think that could be due to tension altering the blood flow to the nipples or something so hard to tell. I'd like to massage but don't think it's a good idea for swelling so I leave them alone. After I've finished Brava I may start to massage for firmness and shape - is that ok? What you've got then should be permanent growth shouldn't it? I don't want to massage them away!

Hope your skin's feeling better, I used:

Quite a lot of both when I took the domes off, after washing with water only. In the evenings I just rubbed away excess cream with a cloth and used Brava skin prep before putting domes on (no washing). The build up of zinc cream on the domes rubs off quite easily. My rash is a lot lot lot better after 2 days of this.

however i don't have those products here but hydrochortizol helps. happy to hear ur rash is better.
i noticed i get the rash with my new domes. probably cause of the glue. so when i get one i switch to my old ones that i peeled the glue off. the only thing that sucks about those is that i have to sleep strictly on my back not to lose seal. but other then that they are sooo far much more comfy. i don't even feel i have them on.
well good luck, let's share awesome results in a few months.
