Really not sure about this, the only sheeting I have used personally is the rubber sheeting that Lucy at Noogleberry is selling, it's 5mm thick and fairly stiff, I think a thinner sheet would be better but she said she was getting some thinner ones so maybe try posting on the NB forum. It definately makes the cups more comfortable but the thicker one has a slightly sharp edge which digs in (but not as bad as the bare plastic cups). Whatever suction method you use you'll have a red ring round each boob when you take it off which will last a few hours. Let me know if you try any.
