Hey louise! I read on your personal programs page that you tried to measure CC size/growth but you were splashing water everywhere? not too sure what this means because i didnt even know that you could do this at home! Do you remember how one should go about doing this?
also, I read that you did 20 something weeks, and over 3000 hours. I plan on doing 36 weeks, but realistically can only put in 10 hours a night (I will be starting this seriously when i go back home in july - right now i'm a sporadic wearer). that means i will only have a total of 2772 hours : less hours than you but over a longer period of time. I would love to gain to 1.5 cups you did = do you think this a realistic goal for that time-frame?
Thanks!
But main thing is stick with it. if you can only do the minimum 10 hours per day but stick with it for longer it should work for you.
Diana got great results in only 7 weeks but did 14 hours a day or close to it.
I spent 54 weeks and 6000 hours but gain 2 full cups out of the deal.
Healing from a tattoo right now so can't wear my new domes but once i can plan on getting as many hours as possible over the next 3 weeks for the warranty period.

how to measure CC

Seri, I think it's worth it to put 54 weeks for 2 cups size. Would you consider yourself as a fast or slow responder? I consider myself a slow responder so i will probably have to use it for a year to gain maybe 1 cup size. I know you have put an average of 15 hours daily but it's because you put a lot of hours in during weekends. My question is, is it better to put a lot of hours for two days a week (maybe 20 hours or so) or is it better to do 14 to 15 hours everyday (this is what i'm doing). Thanks for your help and hope you'll be back soon to share your experience with us!

Sorry for late reply - having probs with internet, I used for 30 weeks average 15 hours per day. I think it's really variable from person to person but not sure you'll get much if you don't use every single day. I think missing a day totally is worse than having a low daily average.

Sorry you wanted to know about cc volume!
I was attempting to measure using water displacement so leaning over at a right angle from the waist so your chest is parallel to the floor dangle your boob into some sort of bowl so that water is pushed out. You can then use a measuring jug to work out how much water is left in the bowl and compare that to how much water is in a full bowl - the difference being your boob volume. I think it would be easiest to do this standing up in the bathtub with warm bath water. You would need to take each measurement maybe twenty times and use the ten most similar measurements to get an average because the method is so hit and miss, obviously if you spill water it makes your boob seem bigger. This method also doesn't take into account the curvature of the chest wall so you will slightly underestimate depending on how much boob tissue lives near your armpit.
