Hi, I'm beginning to think of buying the silicone sheeting as well, cos' the pain in my ribs is really starting to get bad!... I've been using it for about 6 or 7 weeks and it's started recently to become unbearable. I'm glad it's not just me, I think I'll get the sheeting too then.
