I am new to this and have just been reading a thread from louise that she has been using a type of suction for her breast BB XL or something like that and it has given her results please can somone give me the name of this product so I can look it up as I am about to have surgery and seriusllly dreading it.

Oh I forgot to add the XL is just the size of the domes, they come in a range of sizes to accomodate different sized breasts.
