I do not feel much bigger than when I began NB, but the pull I get from the NB large cups leave me wanting more. I hesitate to get the XL NB cups since they do not form to the body and the L are hard enough to deal with. Has anyone successfully used BB cups with the NB pump? I saw just the cups on ebay for about 50 bucks...ouch! But if they work fine with the NB pump, I'll get them!

According to the ladies on the bosom buddies yahoo group yes they are interchangeable. I think I remember Louise also mentioned using them together. Maybe she could give more advice.

Yep, they are interchangeable - the BB domes are slightly more expensive but a much much better shape and size - deeper and not so wide. The NB large are similar width to BB large but less depth than BB medium, definitely get the BB cups!
