Hi.I am new to the suction part of the forum. I'm trying to decide how worth it it is to go ahead with this approach. I was mostly focising on massage, heat, and taking low doses of herbs, but I would like to cut out the use of herbs with estrogenic properties and most NBE herbs are like that. So pumping might be a good option for me. I jus have a few questions:
1. What is the best pumping brand? I am looking for something with permanent results and that is comfortable.
2. Do you have to combine approaches (herbs, massage, pumping, etc.) for the most effective results, or is it just as good without extra stuff?
3. What are some of the disadvantages to pumping?

Thanks

Hi Peachy,

Most people here don't use herbs for whatever reason, suction seems more successful than herbs anyway. I personally am careful not to massage at all as Brava have said that massaging has a negative effect on suction.

You say you are looking for something comfortable, you'll need to think about that because none of them are comfortable. The Brava domes are the most comfortable domes to wear because they have a padded silicone cushion around the rim but they are expensive and you need to put in a lot of hours to get a good result e.g. I spent £1200 on Brava products and put in average 15 hours on consecutive nights for 7 months to gain 1.5 cups (I also lost 15 lbs from elsewhere). I consider this an absolute miracle but I work a lot and don't get out much in the evenings. Brava is cheaper in other countries too. BB 2012 is good in terms of results but to get a permanent gain without the long hours it has to be super-strong and it is really pretty uncomfortable. I use mine every evening with no problem but I use a sheet of foam padding and I've done a lot of suction before. I got mine for £100 second hand (I think it's about £300 new from www.gismostore.com), I've needed to buy new domes a couple of times as they've cracked, they cost about £35 per pair. There is also Noogleberry which is not advertised as being permanent (I have also purchased this but gave it away free to someone on the forum because it's rubbish!) or you can use a breastfeeding pump (I've never tried this). There is another system BB airlock which is JUST the BB domes, a tube and a little bulb to pump with and is therefore totally overpriced for what it contains and an even worse one called Enhance which is just BB domes, a tube you suck with your mouth and a big bra - again, totally overpriced.

If you want permanent results you can either go for Brava and put the hours in (it'll still give you trouble sleeping and occasional rashes and rib aches) or the BB 2012 and grit your teeth - you can actually alter the suction with a knob so you can start slowly but it seems to have had a lot of bad reviews on here although I like mine. If you just want to have a go then all the cheap ones are probably of equal chance so just get whatever's cheapest.

Thanks for the response louise. I have to give this method a lot of thought. I would really like to try it, but I don't think I'm ready to put in the hours or deal with the uncomfortability. What is your experience with pumping? How much success have you had and how long have you been at it? has it been worth it?

All my measurements are in my program page:

http://www.network54.com/Forum/482052/thread/1182080248/last-1224962521/Veggie+NBE+with+Brava

It's hard to assess growth as I've lost a lot of weight (and recently been putting a little on because I've absolutely stuffed myself!). The way to calculate cupsize is bust minus band measurements, which I started at about 3-4 inch difference equivalent to AA-A cup and now I'm 6.5-7 inch difference equivalent to full C - D cup. In real terms I was wearing 32B before I started Brava and I probably fill a 32D as well as that now (although the band is a bit big). I definitely am getting too big for the cups on a 34B or 30D. I think I've grown about 1.5 cups (and maybe a little more recently) and lost a dress size before I started and another dress size during Brava so I look a lot more in proportion and less bottom-heavy. Last time my weight was this low I was about 32A so something has definitely changed.

Bottom line, for me suction has been 100% worthwhile, I would do it again and it's cheap at twice the price considering what you get back. I'm doing a second cycle and may well do a third because my body's quite used to it so it doesn't really bother me to use it while I sleep. I can't recommend suction highly enough but my only concern would be if you weren't as dedicated as I was because you really need to keep putting the hours in (you'll see that regardless of work, holidays, skin rashes etc I continued to wear it rather than take a break). Also other girls here have said they used Brava and didn't get a good result so it's different from person to person.

You should also try PM from www.phuketherb.com which I found to work. My wife was literally flat like an airport runway after 2 daughters. Now I can say if a 747 lands, its wings will break :)
On top of that she does go for those suction devices. Lately she is going for the ultra light thing which is supposed to use some low frequency light pulse to re-activate her breast nodules to grow.

She has been keeping the growth. So some of these herbs and devices actually do work. Wish you every success.
