| This brava journey is extremely demanding and trying on us, our husbands and our skin (where the domes are)...It's all about patience and perseverance, it seems!
I personally don't post as much as I read my fellow brava sister's posts, because I'm trying to keep my husband as happy as I can (so that he will endure!) and he much rather I spend time with him than with the computer. So now when I'm doing brava I can spend a lot less time in front of the computer since I need to spend a lot more time with him...But I do read all accounts and I don't know how I could do it if it wasn't for all the encouragement I get from hearing all your stories about your challenges that are SO similar to mine. So thank you all for your generous sharing - I'm sure there are many like me who enjoy and get inspired by reading your posts!
One thing that also keep me going is keeping a record in the personal program pages, and I also look and compare with other brava users there - but there aren't many brava users there! I think it would be great for all of us if we could have many accounts week by week to see how we progress (even if it can seem EXTREMELY slow!)
For you that have already started many weeks ago, it's not too late - just write down as many facts as you still have about hours, measurments etc
Happy Growing everyone!

Hi Elusia,
Nice to hear from you. I checked out the program page (which I had not done really before), and it was quite informative. And some of the posts there are really funny! I am not up to keeping up with weekly updates actually. I try not to measure and weigh myself too much and get all obsessed about these things. But I will try to get back over there and do 5 week updates. Five weeks seems like a good interval to me because I can really see some progress in the mirror if I compare back to five weeks ago (currently I am at about 10.5 weeks). I didn't take photos at the beginning because there really wasn't anything there worth the effort....
Is there a photo page on this forum? |

JJ, good to hear from you, too! Use the program pages for whatever frequence is good for you, 5 week updates are fine!
Just write BRAVA in the heading, so that all us brava users easily can find what we're looking for among all the other (herb) programs ; )
The picture forum is here: http://www.breastnexus.com/picture_pages.html
but there aren't too many brava pictures, we aren't as good at posting pic's as the noogleberry girls...; )
Hopefully we can improve (I don't know if I'm brave enough too....)

Thank you so much for posting in the personal programs and CONGRATULATIONS!! In only 11 weeks you're retaining 1,5" - 1,75" that's absoultely amazing!! Keep it up and I think you can reach your goal within a year! I know Shannon was 31.5" and today I believe she is about 35" - it took her several years and she used both Brava, Noogleberry and Bosom Beauty, but most of her growth happened while using Brava. Now back when she was using Brava, it was said that one should do it for one round of 11-15 weeks, then stop, do a new round etc. I don't think that is the optimal way of doing it - I think it's better to continue for a long time and if she did that, she might not have had to do it for so long. What I'm trying to say is that people have grown a lot before, and it can happen again!
Just keep it up and would you mind adding in the personal programs page whether you use smartbox or airlock, how much you usually swell, your approximate age and whether you have children or not? If we all write down these facts it might one day be a gold mine for figuring out who's likely to get success with brava and what works best...
