I noogled today for the first time, and I have to say, I really liked it! Put some Aveeno lotion on the rings only and I had no problem getting them to stay on in a recling on the bed position. I was able to sit and read a book, then I had to get up with the kids after only 15 minutes. I was able to tuck the pump in my shorts and walk around the house and do things and they never came off. Of course, like you said they made the "farting" noise which I got a kick out of. But then I'd just pump them up and they were good to go.

I got the medium cups. Should have gotten the larges. I only have an inch left between the nipple and end of the cup. The boobs get HUGE when you pump. It's really funny. I lasted an hour and when I took them off, had HUGE purpole rings. Waiting to see how long it takes for them to go away.

Questions:
1. Do I disconnect the tubing each time?
2. Moisturize around the purple rings on the skin each time?
3. Wash the domes with soap or just water?

This seems easier than Brava considering you can get a good night's sleep. I just hope it works.

I think i bought the wrong size domes i am in exactly the same boat as you, only im in the small cups and i have no room left at all to pump, isnt it exciting seeing this after such little time
been as we have begun around the same time i think it would be good to keep updating one another, suport faq's etc

what i have been doing:moisturise whole body as normal apply alittle more to breasts pump as i do hair and make up, i am trying different pumping techniques each day, e.g pump till can get no more air in leave for 5 min, then deflate and do tiny pups up and down every second etc,
i plan on changing cream to PM or mirifen shortly

i do not disconnect the tubes, i found it hard enough to get the tubes on the domes

GD - I think I will order the large Noogle domes in a couple weeks. I have the medium and the nipple on the left boob is ALMOST touching now. The right one is smaller so it's not an issue yet. But as I get used to the suction and feeling I can pump it up more so I think the nipple will be touching soon. Been doing 30-60 mins a night while watching TV. The hubby just laughs. He's been thru Brava with me so this is a cinch. It's too early to tell if it's working. The boobs don't feel any different or heavier yet, but it's only been a week.
