The cons of brava are sleepless nights, a rash and being home early while using it. The cons of breast implants are possible rejection of the implants, infection, loss of feeling, those are just a few! Plus, the implants need to be replaced every 7-10 years.

My cousin got her breast implants when I started Brava 4 months ago. It is very tempting to see how fast she got breasts (very nice breasts). She "loves" her breasts. I don't see myself getting breast implants; I'm too into being healthy. I shop at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. I read a lot of health books on what to eat and not to eat. My Gynocologist said that breast implants are very safe, just do it under the muscle. I don't know, it's sucks, she got great boobs in 1 hour, we'll never get that no matter how long we do Brava.

Personally I would be scared of implants only because breast cancer is so common and it's hard to detect ANY lumps, especially small ones with implants and mammogram. I have heard you need to do ultrasounds or MRIs to check for lumps.
I would consider breast increase by using the fat from your thigs and your stomach during lyposuction and then they inject the breasts w/ your fat and they guantee 1 cup increase which is very natural. Brava even talks about this and using Brava after to try to increase the bigger breast. The website they mention is http://www.mdbeautycare.com/procedures/boston_breast_aug_injection.htm.
The before/after pictures are amazing - no scars. I'm sure there are risks and it's expensive.

Breast implant boobs are beautiful, that's for sure. And it's true, what they have in an hour with a week of recuperation, we spend forever trying to get and then we sure don't end up with the perkiness!
I personally could never get implants, no matter how much I love having bigger boobs. I have seen too many stories of people who's implants went wrong and their boobs ended up looking terrible, as opposed to just small! I realize millions of girls a year get implants and they are successful. But if you are one of the few who have problems....well, that's a risk I will not take. I have to be satisfied with whatever improvement I have gotten from brava.

You also have to remember that not all breast implants end up looking natural or good. Most of the time you can spot fake boobs a mile off, even in clothes - they just don't sit right. Add to this the expense and as others have mentioned the many problems that can arise either immediately or often years down the line. I don't consider it a risk worth taking.
I wore the Brava bra for 26 weeks and grew 1 cup size and I'm very happy. It's now almost a year later and I haven't lost any of my growth.
My advice is to try to the natural route and exhaust all those possiblities first. Natural breasts always look and feel better than implants. Most decent men hate fake boobs.

Kestie, how many inches did you grow? What size bra do you wear now? Are you thinking of doing Brava again?

Hi,
I grew 2 inches with Brava - used to be a B cup and now I'm a very full C or depending on the bra sometimes a D cup.
I'm planning on losing 5lbs and if I lose anything from my bust I may well do another Brava cycle, but it's such a huge commitment I may resort to just boosting my gains with the noogleberry. For all of those getting discouraged, don't give up! It was at least 15 weeks before I started to retain any growth.
hi all, thanks for getting back to me. Noogleberry? what you talking about there, kestie. one of the ladies saying about sleepless nights and a rash does that happen to everyone? I was thinking of trying to wear it from 6-7pm to 9ish in the morning is that good or do i need to wear it more?
