noogle working?

I can't remember when I started noogling but I think it has been about a month.....I think I am starting to respond a bit. Today I used it for an hour and my breasts are considerably fuller. The swelling seems to stay for at least 1 1'/2 hours after. I just ordered some herbs yesterday to help things along. I could be completely wasting my money, but if I had never ordered brava (which I also thought was a joke) I would still be a 34A, now wouldn't I????

Stacy,
Are you using the noogle domes or the Brava domes when noogling? I know you said you like the shape from Brava better. Have you found that you can get just as good swelling when noogling with Brava than with NG domes?
What herbs did you order?

and did you try my suggestion of how to achieve getting the larger domes on? I'd love to hear if you tried the 'clamping one off and attaching one at a time' technique... pretty much everyone, a lot smaller than you have found this worked when trying to go up a dome size. You'll get even more swelling if you're not squeezed full in those little mediums!

Trigger, I haven't tried again. I agree, I would progress faster if my boob wasn't so squished. I have to admit I am a little confused though. I have a terrible time getting the tubing on and off the domes, so I leave them attached at all times. Unless I am just retarded and don't get it, it sounds like I would lose suction on one breast while I am struggling to get the tubing on the other dome. Maybe I can use two different pumps, one on each breast, attached to one dome. (I have two pumps because I accidentally ordered a kit with one dome the first time.) I think I will try that. I can use rubber bands to tie off the extra side of tubing with each. O.k....I am getting a visual of how ridiculous I am going to look....I better padlock the door.

Roakie, I noogle with my noogle domes...I haven't intertwined the systems yet.
The herbs are a pill called "perfect curves" (I think that's the name) so it is one of those combination of herbs pills to balance hormones and encourage breast growth. I read a review of a bunch of breast pills and this was the best one according to what I read. I am skeptical but nothing ventured, nothing gained. It sounds like many of you have had success with herbs. Many years ago, I tried something similar and it did nothing. But that was I would say 10 years ago. I had only breastfed one child, therefore my breasts were tiny with virtually no sagging and extra skin to fill out yet....I had not done brava either. I figured I would give it one more shot, now that I have already done other things too. I bought a 4 month supply, and I will probably continue for 6 months and if I see no difference (although it will be hard to judge if I am still noogling!) then I will stop. What appealled to me is that the growth you achieve with herbs is permanent even after stopping the pills. The herbs I was on years ago required a maintanence dosage that you would do forever. Expensive!!!!

ahh, StacyEllen, I understand your confusion, it was really hard to describe! No, I always kept the tubing on too, there's no way you'd put yourself through reconnecting them again. You can do it easily with one pump, although two would probably work, but possibly be more confusing too, trying to get the same pressure on each breast.

How do you go about it? Well, I'll try to explain again. You tie off one side of the tubes with a rubber band or fastening method of your choice, which leaves you free to pump one side, sliding the dome around until you get a seal. Rest a bit with it there, so the breast expands and holds onto the dome better. Next, while the other tube is still tied off, get another band and tie off the side that is now attached. After you've done that and the dome is sitting pretty on the breast, repeat the procedure with the other side. When it's taken seal, you can undo the tie on the first dome, and you will then have two large domes on!

Oh! That made perfect sense. I will try it! I think I'll have to start with the medium domes and "fluff" my breasts up a bit and then when there is more to work with I will try what you suggest.

Yes! that's the right idea. You'll be surprised how quickly you'll get the hang of it!

Really? how much pressure are you using? how long are your sessions and how many times per day? I used strong pressure, and did it for at least an hour twice a day, and those babies were swelling like nobodies business within a couple of weeks. Tell me your 'technique' and I'll see if I can help you.

Also, remember the noogle forum is full of very helpful ladies....then again, scrap that! We need our friends here!!!!

Trigger Help! I have been noogling for 1 hour per day for 4 weeks now with only missing a day once or twice. I'm not responding that well. But then again it took me 8 weeks to get anything with Brava too. I am 35" around the breasts/back as my starting which is a 34A bra cup. I use the medium Noogle domes and the pump and I pump up and the nipples are touching the ends of the domes within 30 mins into it. Then I pump up, hold for about 5 mins, then let out and pump and hold again. I do that for about an hour once a day at night and I'm not getting much swelling and it's completely gone in a half hour and not lasting at all. My bras are no tigher either.

Am I doing something wrong? Should I do it 2x a day for 30 mins instead? Should I get the large domes? Or do I pump and hold and don't let it out? Help!

Oh Rox3! You definitely need the larger domes. Just read my advice to StacyEllen about how to get both to seal. It's a bit of a process to begin, but gets a lot easier. Your swelling will definitely increase when you've got room to swell! You shouldn't be filling the domes AT ALL, let alone half way through the session! If you could do a half hour in the morning followed by an hour (or as long as you can) at night, that would help too.

I'm home a lot, so I did it for up to 4 hours a day. Crazy I know, and my poor ribs hurt! But, they swelled alright! And this was before I ever did brava.

Ok Trigger, thanks for the advice. I'm going to go online and order the large Noogle domes now. I never thought I'd fill the mediums but I am. I'll try it and post soon. Thanks!!!

Hi All,
Well, here's the update on the boob-growing roller coaster. I got the "Large" Noogle domes last week and it took me and the hubby three night of him holding the domes and me pumping like a mad woman to get them on. Each time took a good 10 mins. to even get a seal. Once i did, they hurt so I couldn't pump too much. After the third night I was able to get them on by myself and do it for about 45 mins. There is a LOT of room to grow since the domes are MUCH larger than the mediums. It does hurt the ribs when you try to over pump tho'. The swelling is about 1 inch but it goes away within an hour. Right now I'm at 7 weeks with no growth or swelling after an hour, but I'm going to keep going. I'll do it into the fall and then start Brava again in the winter when I stay home anyways.

BTW...I'm 9 weeks post Brava and measuring 35" around the bust, down from my 35.5" when I stopped. So I lost a 1/2 inch but have maintained an inch (I started at 34" originally).

haha! that's hilarious Rox about you getting the hubby to help. I did the exact same thing! Yes I understand the frustration with how long it takes for the noogle swelling to really kick in and stick around, especially after being spoiled by the swelling you get from wearing brava for 10+ hours. It does happen I believe, mind you, I don't think I ever achieved the swelling sticking around all day (I remember it staying around for some time) as after doing noogle for about two months I bought Brava. There's many women that attest to it happening though, over time with patience and perseverance.

I'm still brava'ing away, and think I'll keep doing it until I've outgrown these XL wides. Then I'll be forced to only noogle as they've got some monster domes, that is, if I still want growth. Pretty happy with it these days, love the shape and growth I've gotten.
