Trigger, I finally tried your suggestions with the large domes. I can oonly do it one breast at a time, and I have to sit with my back rounded to squeeze every ounce of tissue and fat into the dome and if I move it comes off, but the swelling inside the dome is great! I can't do it with both breasts though because of my smaller boob....I need to use some of the other breast (in teh middle) to keep the dome on.

ahhhh. I've heard about people having to do one breast at a time to begin with. I think in another week or two the swelling will have increased to the point that you can actually attach two at the same time. It's a little difficult to begin with though. Doing one at a time is a great way to start, and is definitely better than using domes that are too small. How much do you measure around your chest? If you're particularly narrow I've heard it's tricky, but over time possible.

And yeah, you can't really move much with the domes on. That's normal. The most I could do was some internet stuff while I was sitting there. But I have to get in the right position first! And not get overly vigorous with typing....better to find something interesting to read, like a forum or article I was interested in. You get used to it, and overtime as the swelling increases and the seal is better, you're able to move your arms a *bit* more.
