We've been given a nasty Football trivia question at work by someone and it's driving everyone mad can someone please help?

Question: Which player in recent years scored 3 times at Wembley in the same season, for 3 different teams, but all past the same keeper?

(We've been thinking along the lines of own goals, penalty shootouts and everything but still can't get it)

I have had a good look at the question and decided that it is bloody hard

The answer is Dennis Law (hardly yesterday was it)

All goals scored past Gordon Banks in 1969 for Man Utd,Scotland and a World IX team v England.

I bet the bloke who was meant to pick up Pele and Cruyff outside the pub forgot, you would have thought that Alf Ramsey could have lent them a couple of his subs tho'

I think the year was 1963, when Denis law scored for Man U in a Cup Final and played for the world eleven but I don't know if he scored. But the two goals for Scotland at Wembley that year were scored by Jim Baxter.

Why weren't they allowed to field a full team of 11?
