Tails' Adventure ENGLISH most elusive ROM EVER

I've downloaded about fifty billion links that claimed to contain Tails' Adventure (GameGear) in English. But every freaking time this ROM is in Japanese. I know this game exists in English form because I used to have the actual English cartridge. If anyone can supply me with this ROM in ENGLISH I will reward them with an AWESOME prize.
