Found a great little booklet with all different herbs in it. It tells you SO much too.

      Herbal Therapy & Supplements
      A Scientific & Traditional Approach

Author: Merrily A. Kuhn & David Winston

      Amazon Link:
      http://www.amazon.com/Herbal-Therapy-Supplements-Scientific-Traditional/dp/0781726433/sr=8-1/qid=1169519917/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/105-8226772-5592458?ie=UTF8&s=books

So far I've found all the herbs commonly mentioned on this website, INCLUDING

      Fenugreek
      Ginko Biloba
      Saw Palmetto
      Wild Yam
      Evening Primrose Oil
      Dong Quai
      Milk Thistle
      Black Cohosh
      Borage
      Hops
      Soy
      Red Clover
      Aloe
      Blessed Thistle
      Cayenee
      Chaste Tree (Vitex)
      False Unicorn
      Flax
      Grape Seed Extract
      Green Tea
      Motherwort
      Nettles
      Thyme
Plus MANY more (this is probably less than a fifth of what they have)

But for some reason Fennel, Barely, and Ginseng were NOT found.

***This would be a great book for someone who is interested in healing with herbs, or for a quick reference during your program***

I began typing out information they give on Fenugreek, but it's toooo much to type, so I will list what information they give.

      *****************************************************************************************************

I think it would be a pretty helpful book, especially for those who use herbs for more than just NBE. Sorry that this post isn't more organized, I was just scanning the book and telling you what I liked about it - and also I apologize for any spelling errors, its a long post and hard to proof-read. I did the best I could though :) Hope you find it useful information!
