So why post here all of the members are brokers? Could you even imaging a Ptrime Brokerage such as Lehman Bros even considering coming onto this board. Strange ideas people have!

Go to the bank direct..... they will sell it to you. 100% of the face value.... why should they even produce a discounted instrument?
