I am looking for a personal loan of €250,000 at 50% interest payment for 8 months

I am looking for a personal loan of €250,000 from any personal lender or business, and I am willing to pay 50% interest for the loan for a period of 8 months as well as offer my offshore bank license as a colleteral for the loan.Please no up front payment request and also no 419 spam contacting me.
