Value for a Bob Feller no-hitter program

Hello,
I was hoping someone could ballpark a value for me. I have a 1946 program from Yankee Stadium, that is written in pencil on the cover, April 30th, 1946, and neatly scored inside with Bob Feller's no hitter from that day. As far as condition, there is evidence of a very faint verticle crease on the cover, with what looks to be a blue ink stain, possibly from the making. Having said that, it's in killer shape with 4 very sharp cornes, absolutely zero tears, or inside damage.

Also, how were these programs printed. If I worked in the Yankee front office in '46, did I call the printer and tell him I have the Indians coming in next week, and here is what the line-ups probably will look like. I'm asking because the line-ups are printed with space given to add changes...the scorecard had to be printed close to the games to allow for trades/injuries. Just curious.

Thanks for the help...Paul
