1906 Cubs World Series Program

Hello All

I am looking for some help.

I collect Chicago Cubs memorabilia - primarily game used items and photos.

I currently have the opportunity of purchasing the 1906 Chicago Cubs program for the World Series against the White Sox.

I've seen the program that I've been offered and it is definately original, there's no doubt about that. However, the program is in pretty poor condition. In particular, its been split down the spine and all the pages are loose.

Therefore, before I spend quite big money on the program, I'm trying to determine if it is complete or it pages could be missing. Both the Cubs and White Sox scorecards are there along with many photos (teams, officials, players).

Can anyone tell me how many pages should be in the program?

Also, just for valuation purposes, am I correct in thinking that this program is somewhat easier to obtain than most other early World Series issues?
