Hill/Atchley - Paint Rock area

Looking for any information on the following family:

William Monroe Hill. Born in Mar 1851 in Alabama. William Monroe died aft Apr 1910. Was on the census for Franks Township, St. Francis County, Arkansas on Jun 15, 1900. Was on the census for Vann Township, Muskogee County, Oklahoma on Apr 19, 1910. Occupation: 1900-farmer 1910-farmer.

On Nov 9, 1880 when William Monroe was 29, he married Martha Caldonia Atchley, daughter of William Atchley (1813-aft 1880) & Mahala McCulley (1816-Mar 15, 1886), in Madison County, Alabama. Martha Caldonia died in 1919, she was 50. Buried in Cash Cemetery, Cash, Arkansas. Was on the census for Franks Township, St. Francis County, Arkansas on Jun 15, 1900. Was on the census for Vann Township, Muskogee County, Oklahoma on Apr 19, 1910.

According to the 1900 census Martha had nine children, six of whom were still living at the time the census was taken.

Have been told Martha was remarried to a John? Hill.

They had the following children: Lucille "Lucy", Ida Lee "Ider", Harry H., William A., Henrey "Roscoe", George, Mollie B., Joseph F. "Joe", Albert Thomas, and Oliver Rosco.

William and Martha were married by R. M. White, Justice of the Peace.

There was a Wesley ?Cisco?, nephew, born Nov. 1884, age 15, born Arkansas, both parents born in Alabama , farm laborer living with the William Hill family during the 1900 census. Who is this?????
