Saw your message about trying to find Alden. I think I had told you (but maybe I didn't) but Alden has been dead for many years.

Regarding the info about John C. Shipp being Delilah Shipps father - I cannot find anything to verify this. Plus the John C. Shipp on the Dawes Rolls appears to me to be someone else as, unless I'm mistaken, the Dawes Rolls were done I think in the 1890's and her father would have long been dead by then. When I get more time I will verify this further. BUt I do think they are related somehow w/o a doubt.
