Looking for parents of Crawford Ezra Duncan

I am looking for any information on the parents of Crawford Ezra Duncan born in Francisco,Jackson, Alabama on August 28, 1891. Can't seem to find the family on the 1900 census. He was in Eastland County, Texas in January of 1920. He married between 1910-1912.
