Fowler relatives

My g-grandparents were Samuel Milton Fowler (4/26/1840- 5/6/1884 & Elizabeth Catherine Martin.He is buried at Chaney's Chapel, Jackson Co. Ala.They lived in that area. I haven't had any luck with Jackson Co. info. Do you have any suggestions? I know nothing about the time they spent in Jackson County. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
