These families are all related and came here together around 1830. THe Gentry family is from Coffee Cty TN-was Franklin at the time. The Brandons are the maternal side and the Collins came from South Carolina soon after 1802-maybe disputed SC/GA land. Does anyone know about these families? I know that several of the family left for southern Illinois before 1850, but some may have stayed as well. Thanks!
