This must be the Pueraria Extreme brand...this is the only one I know of that has this high dose. My concern about the PM from Pueraria UK is that because they elected to put so much (500mg) of the herb into capsules, they most likely have used raw materials are from wild grown plants.

It is questionable just how much actual MIROESTROL is in the PM from these sources. The amount of PM is not the importand factor...it is the amount of MIROESTROL and DEOXYMIROESTROL that is in the plant material used in the supplement. High levels of these two compounds are in the selected species, cultivated (hybred) forms of PM.

If the standardized high grade PM from the organic farms in Northern Thailand is used you do NOT need 500mg. In fact if you were to use 500mg of GOOD high quality PM it would be too strong for your body and negative side effects are likely to occur. It is probably not unsafe...but very likely will cause not just unpleasant side effects but down right disruptive side effects like increased flow, unpredictable periods and a host of other menstruation related things.

The source of the raw material is everything...when buying PM supplements. There are literally dozens of brands (especially those inexpensive brands coming out of Thailand)...that are virtually useless because the raw materials do NOT contain the all important compounds for Breast Enhancement. The bottom line...all PM is NOT created equal.
