ALso, can I get the ingredient list for both products? I tried searchin high and low with no results~

The spray is more expensive but it's quicker and easier to apply than the cream, i.e. if you want to pay more the spray's much more convenient to use and less boring than having to spend time rubbing the cream in.

Is anyone having results with PM. I've stopped taking capsules cos I felt so bloated and my periods went haywire. I'm using the spray now. My period just started at mo measuring about 1/4" up on what I was before but expect this to go by day 5. They do look bigger tho, even my boyfriend has commented that he thinks they're growing.

i dont know if im having results i thinks i am but im very small less than an a more aa. the first month i was on pm my period lso went crazy but this month which will be my 2 nd full month no problems with the spotting just late...

I'm not sure if there's any difference between the two in terms of how they work.

I can't think of any good reason to use spray. It doesn't work any better than cream, which costs less and is still easy to apply.
