I'm on wonderup right now. I took wonderup for 2 months in april to may and then took a 3 month break. and up on it again. the first time i took it, there seem to be gains but it disappeared after the 3 months. Now im in it again for 2 months alreadi and nothing happened. :( at firsti thought there were changes but it was just false alarm. :(
Im thinking of switching to pM. it just seem like it works faster. Is there any dfference in WU and PM?

It doesn't work faster. Speed of results depends on the individual. You can't just change from one thing to another and expect to get faster results. If only it was that simple! Those who respond quickly are lucky, they respond quickly no matter what they do. If you don't respond quickly the important thing is to find out what's slowing your response, what factors are negative in your case.

snowy my advice to you is buy some pm ! as i have said on another post my first ever experiment was with wu for nine months and nothing then i took natureday for few months liquid and pills and within six months or so was a cup bigger and people noticed ! went from a cup to b but the liquid was definately stronger than pills you start with 3 droppers for a week and within a week i was tingling and itching but by taking like this a 3 month supply of liquid only lasts a month so it got expensive i then came off it for four months but kept growth then i became curious about pm so got some from puaria uk and then the real growing began! i had never got painful boobs befor period, not enough there to hurt me thinks, but as soon as pm got into me wow did i swell just before and ache,i was taking this everyday no break but then i was struck with a deep vein thrombosis and my period could be anything between week to three weeks late, before pm i was every 28 days to the day so i changed to st herb taking for 15 days then break for 15 days and so on and my last 2 periods have been exactly 30 days apart to the day i also have more sensations in boobs now and am falling out of my c cup people who have not seen me for ages ask if i had surgery! so in my oinion pm has worked faster for me and not to bad pricewise try it girl im sure you wont be disappointed by the way i am early forties smoke and drink coffee so the odds werent stacked im my favour good luck

they tell us to use it for 15 days since menstration and then stop for another 15 DAYs. Since they say one bottle has 60 capsules. does it mean that 1 bottle is good for 2 months?
should i stop For 15 days?? or just go on? whats the difference?

you take 4 caps for 15 days starting on day one of cycle, 2 in morning the other 2 before bed so one bottle lasts one month
With the pills (PM) you are not supposed to take anything else considered estrogenic internally: like fenugreek , fennel or other herbs of that nature.
It's okay to take any other supplements that you might otherwise take for ongoing good health, like multivitamins.
I've never heard of any particular supplements (internal) that are considered a must take with PM pills. Some girls swith to PM as it is a simpler routine for this reason! :)
Not knowing your NBE background, or age, etc.. are you currently on BCP (Birth Control Pill) as Pm and BCP are NOT good together....Just came to me that I've been responding to you without knowing if this is an issue for you!
