Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm thinking of either PM or WU. But WU you need to take it 3 times a day, which makes it very difficult for me to take it in the afternoon. SO I'm thinking of the PM pills or cream.

I want to ask, where did you get the PM cream or pills from and what brand is it? I've seen expensive ones and cheaper ones, so I'm not sure which one is good for me. I also want to see the results so far for the people that is already on this pill or cream. And any side effects? Like fast heartbeat, or missing period (like i've heard from many of you on the forum). How to prevent this missing period, 15 day break? and how does that work? I'm sorry if I'm asking so manny questions. I hope you guys can help me.

I've heard good things about the St. Herb brand of PM and after looking over their web site, it seems informative. They are pretty expensive though, if you buy directly from the company. I bought some St. Herb from Ebay for much cheaper. The seller was Hoodiatrust I think. I got a good deal, bought 3 bottles got 1 free. I live in the US and so it took a good month to arrive (because of customs I guess) I have not started taking it yet, so I can't report on the results, but from what I have read it is pretty powerful stuff and closely resembles the hormones a young girl goes through during puberty, but needs to be taken long term to keep the results 6-9 months probably.

I second agree w/lassysam: St. Herb carry best quality of PM products ATM compared to other suppliers in Thailand. (P.S. The Government of Thailand protect their PM products, the shipment takes long coz only dropshipping from Thailand, no other places!!!)

Mirifem seems good, too. And it's lil cheaper than St. Herb!

I'm using St. Herb nano cream now (since 2/9/07), I DO feel some fullness and firmness. I'm confident to St. Herb so that I order Cap + cream from Hoodiatrust again, just receive today, will try when my next cycle.

I heard lots of ladies who using PM pills messing up their periods: 15 days on and 15 days off is a good idea, probably preventing possible period changing.

IMHO you're so young, PM pill is kind of strong for you, if you want, you can use PM cream for massage. WU have very good feedback compared to other commercial pills, why don't you consider WU first?!?!

Whenever you choose PM pills or WU, the massage is very important on your NBE journey.

That web site give the good information for anybody that interested and find some herb product for breast enlargement and firmness.

I have ladies email me all the time about the great results they get with PM. There are 2 sources that you can trust. St Herb and Mirifem. They are very different but they are both good. I have had very good results with using just the serum and the Blossom-s Soap. I am getting so big that I am concidering cutting back to just a couple times a week...I don't want huge ones...I am small framed. I don't want to over exaggerate here or I will be nothing better than a spammer.

The other brand on ebay that is the PUERARIA-UK EXTREME 500mg is too high a dose and they have no source for their raw materials. No Chemical assay. No documentation of where the PM in the products are sourced and this is VERY important. Read about the experiences with it from other's on the forum if you don't believe me. I am not just trying to hurt his business...I truely believe it is not safe and that it may be low grade pueraria if he needs to put 500mg in a cap. It is not needed or even desirable.

LESS IS MORE when you talk about PM.

I have specials all the time and try my best to make the st herb and mirifem affordable as best I can without violating the company price policy.

I am promoting the soap as it is wonderful and safe to use. This is what is most important...safe and effective.

Using PM topically for breast enlargement is of great interest to me. Blossom-s soap seems wonderful, so I ordered some and await it's arrival.

Have you been using the soap daily on your breasts? I'm wondering if results will still be good if Blossom-s is used for 15 days of the menstrual cycle like PM capsules are.

How long do you personally leave the Blossom-s lather on your breasts? Have you been using the soap more than once a day?

I, too, am small framed, but I will look great with 30-32DD breasts, so that's what I'm aiming for (from a 30 or 32 B)
