I was hoping for a bit of advice. Been on WU for 9 months (and other herbs), firmness but little (probably no) growth. So taken a break and starting on mirifem. I want to add a topical to the routine, was using WU cream but nearly finished the bottle. which would you recommend, the st herbs cream or the soap? Just want to add one at the moment, i know some have added both but am usually short of time (and money at the moment) I feel this is may last hope as results from WU were really disappointing.
