| Hey~ I was wondering if you take stherb PM pills with the 15on and 15 off does that mean that a bottle will last 2 months? I'm planning to buy them. What kinda of capsules are they? Big/small/easily swallow? Thanks in advanced~

no, it will last only month. it contains 60 capsules and you take them two capsules twice a day for 15 days starting from the first day of period. im just waiting for my periods so that i can start taking my second months supply!

Hi, it is true that the pills suggested use is 4 daily for 15 days on and then 15 days off. It is worth experimenting as well. Some women do find they do not need this high a dose. Older women in or after menopause can take lower dose ongoing as well. Like 1 or 2 daily if menstruation has already stopped. This way the PM acts as Hormone replacement. Hope this helps.
