My question was "Is there a difference between the Mirifem caplets and the Stherb caplets." As follows is what Deb sent me regarding this question.

The st herb pills are made from a whole plant powder and have "other tropical herbs" that are non-estrogenic in them as well. They are pretty much the same form and dosage as what was used in the clinical trial that is cited by both Mirifem and st herb. They are taken on and off, to conform to your cycle...they dosage is 800mg a day because they are powder herb rather than extract.

The Mirifem pills contain a PM extract...therefore the dosage in mg is smaller number....these pills also contain some other Phytoestrogen herbals, a compound to aid absorption (Bioperine) and Activin a grape seed skin extract that is an antioxidant. They contain a "super food" called spirulena which is actually an algae that is packed with basic nutrients. These can be taken everyday and do not need to be "cycled" with your period.

The Mirifem has not been out that long with this new formula. I have not had the time to gather any significant number of reviews of this new formula. I welcome anyone using it to please let us all know how it works for them. Let me know personally as well so I can report to other customers.

I hope this helps...

Deborah
