I'm about to start my st. herb caps soon and just wanted to know if it's best to take the caps with food or without. I know it's best to take the pills with milk, but is it best to take them w/food also?? thank you.

i took mine on an empty stomach about half hour before eating hope this helps

I did not know there were 2 Debs! I was always asking my questions for Deborah from e-bay, so who is this other Deborah and why do so many people ask her questions? I don't know for sure if my questions were answered by the right Deb now!

OK GUYS this is me DEB from the PM ebay store and most of the questions you addressed to me were answered by me (not the other member) as that mixup just started.

The reason this started...the many questions and answers to "deb", is that I sell PM products (not one brand...3 brands and hopefully my own brand soon) in my ebay store.

I found the Blossom-s Soap from American PhytoLabs and made a contract with the manufacturer to sell it in my store. I buy it wholesale and do sell it for about the same price as he sells it for.

One of your members (JELLY - short for jellyboobs) started using it and found out what a lovely product it is - started to talk about it on the forum. So I came to this forum and read many of the posts on the PM Board. I was quite suprised at the many questions everyone had about the soap and about PM in general..

I was even more suprised to see just how rampant the INCORRECT information and marketing hype floating around was...So...

I contacted EVE and politely asked if I could answer questions about the soap and PM. One thing lead to another...

I try to give unbiased information about the main brands, Mirifem, St Herb and now the little Blossom-s from American PhytoLabs, from working in the industry and in PM product developement... .

There are companies (in Thailand) private labeling the St Herb (selling st herbs products under a different name or label), but those are the main good quality PM products available now. St herb is the "gold standard" which other PM products are measured by, because they publish there chemical analyses or "finger prints" and miroestrol content online. That is for another discussion.


I do use the products. I don't push any particular brand . But anyone that has read any of my posts knows...I love that soap!!! :-) I use some of the st herb stuff. I had to see for myself if there was anything to it.

I sincerely try not to spam and I also need to make the disclaimer that I in no way give medical advice. Nothing I say or recommend to customers is evaluated by the FDA...intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease etc etc.

IT is a bit odd that so many questions are directed to me...I have a unique perspective I guess because I do hear the feedback from users of more than one brand of PM products. I hope that it is useful information. I frankly have only been aware of this phenomenon of NBE for about a year...that is how long I have been researching. But I have learned what I know from good sources So take it for what it is...:-)
