How do you ramp up on St Herb pills?

I know I saw this information somewhere on this forum but now I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what Deborah recommended for increasing the dosage to cause less side effects?

i believe it was reducing the dossage, so you will have less side effects from St Herbs
