hello ladies, after trying wu for 3 months i didnt get any results i then changed & started using single herbs, the hassel of taking so many pills 3 times a day i got to me.
i took a break for 2 months all most loosing hope wondering if the whole nbe thing even works and that i was wasting money,i started browsing the forum again although not a member at the time i decided at the begining of this month,to try out Pueraria Mirifica uk,in the last past week my breast's have been really painfull, they feel heavier and at night i can't sleep on my front i can't massage them its to painfull to touch,i can't wear very tight tops, my nipples especillay feel really sensitive...the one thing am worried about is my period am due around the middle of every month and still nothing, am hoping i have my period this week, i'll be very worried if the month ends & i dont get a period.i have read in the forum about other women having experienced having a late period i dont know weather when i take a 15 day break i will then have my period....i guess i will just wait & see
i would strongly advise you to take the 15 day break when on this brand or even better stop using them and switch to st herb or mirifem product when i used these my period got later and later, sure my breasts were full and very painful just like yours are now ,and the later my period was the bigger and more painful my breasts were, shooting pains etc until my period arrived , then one month i was 3 weeks late ,excruciating pain in my right calf which made me visit gp and i ended up 2 hrs later in hospital with a blood clot stopped pills immediately 3 days later got my period. one month later switched to st herb no probs at all , please be careful with these or switch to a tried and trusted product all the best
