Yes that is just a little lump of benign fibrous tissue and muscle tissue and fibrous tissue...not to worry...you can use the soap. I do try to answer the ebay emails but I have all the emails from the other businesses come into one portal and they do get lost in the shuffle sometimes. Aplogies.
It is only a history of estrogen dependant cancer that you would want to avoid PM with. Thanks for your question it is a good one.
