after using st herb, my periods got messed up - last one was 2 weeks late and then a period that lasted 2 weeks (mainly very dark spotting). I know that this is supposed to be quite typical with PM. However, as my periods are messed up, is it still likely I could get pregnant at the moment? - don't think i've ovulated for ages. I'm asking as I wanna try for my first baby ASAP!

I think perhaps you should give it a few months on Vitex agnus castus to get your hormones balanced, for an optimal chance to conceive later.
