Hi. Im new to taking PM, but have been trying different products for just over 2 years now, and nothing seems to have worked so far.
I decided recently that id try a PM product to see if this does anything for me. Currently im just taking PM on its own, from http://www.pueraria.co.uk/index.htm, and im going to see how this works for a few months, and if nothing, ill try St herb or Mirifem.
I was just wondering what else is best to take with PM products, like borage/starflower oil, any other herbs, or things like l-arginine, l-ornithine and l-tyrosine. Iv also noticed a lot of people are also taking Goats Rue, and i was wondering if this is safe to do so.
I know different products work for different people, so im just asking what you think works in your opinion, or what has worked for other people in your knowledge.
Calcium supplement is recommended. Protein shakes also as with all breast enhancement programmes. You don't have to take anything else but personally I like to take evening primrose oil & vitamin e. And don't forget to massage.
I was going to start a thread asking about complimenting herbs to PM or complimenting supplements, and i found this one.
I know it's a bit old.. but rather than start a new thread< I'd love to revive this one.
Ladies..
what herbs or supplements can be taken with PM to support its effects?
In addition to the stuff already mentioned, I'd like to add Flaxseed Oil or EPO, and Borage Oil. Also collagen and gelatin seem to help many people out. I'm going to add those two when I do PM again.

I'm not really taking anything with my PM. My diet already contains plenty of calcium and protein. Flax seeds are also part of my regular diet I do take papaya enzymes but that is for my acid reflux although I have heard they can help NBE.
I tried geletin caps and they did nothing for me and found that the unflavored geletin packs work better. I havent yet used a pm pill only external products along with these supplements: collagen, calcium+vitD,
vit C and a multi vitamin. I also try to drink more milk and have increased my protein intake.
