Hi all I just posted in the main forum also,but am wondering after reading posts and programs here that it almost seems like the pm creme works as well as the pills.I would like to know if anyone has come to this conclusion after researching the site.(Im thinking using creme,better diet,self hypnosis for 3 months then change over to nature day or something like that,after kickstarting seems like it may work.Am also wondering about progesterone creme ,whitch brand any good/bad results from using)So am trying to decide if full potential or st herb is better to start with(full potential has great reviews)I will wait for someones booby wisdom..............

hey...i personally think the pills are better i currently use mirifem full potential only on the beginning of 2nd month...no big difference but my boyfriend mentioned they were bigger =] yay lol the creme i am kind of iffy about becuase i used that before the pills and it never did anything but now i just started to use it again so im doing both...hope u the best of luck!

IM gonna order full potential and progesterone creme today id like to order some good massage creme,any sugestions(is st.herb compatible)
