Just wondering if anyone can answer a question I have. I have an IUD but would like to try PM - just wondering if one will counteract the other or if it works differently to oral contraceptives. I noticed Anna posted a similar question on the main forum, but hasn't got an answer as yet. Hope someone can clarify please.Thinking of trying Full Potential - don't get a period so 14 days on and 14 days off like St Herb wouldn't be any use to me.
