WAS JUST ABOUT TO ORDER WHEN I NOTICED FP HAS FENUGREEK IN IT
I HAD BAD REACTION TO FG(TIRED LIGHT HEADED DIZZY LOW GRADE TEMP ALL THE WHILE AND AFTER I WAS ON IT)
HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM THEN USED FULL POTENTIAL??
I WAS HAPPY TO FIND THE PM AS AN ALTERNATIVE BUT NOW AM SAD =(
i dont want the st herb cuz i feel im sensitive and people seem to have more problems on it
Please if some one can help i dont want 2 waste more money and need to order soon aunt flo is coming in 8-9 days and im suposed to start on my first day.........HURRY SOMEONE time is running out for me HAHA
The only way to know is buy 1 bottle and give it a try.. Full potential is an all round formula so you might not have the same side effects as you did when you were just using that herb.
I agree with Woolly Sheep. I too had some icky reations with Fenugreek and a couple of the other herbs I had tried taking before. When I first ordered FP, I didn't realize it had these herbs in it. I was pretty nervous to take it but I haven't had ANY problems at all. Also, I didn't notice it until I had taken it a few times, but it also contains Milk Thistle. I'd read on a bottle of straight Milk Thistle that you shouldn't take it if you're allergic to other plants in that family, such as ragweed. I'm allergic to that and have had no allergic reactions to FP.
So I think you have a pretty good chance of this not givign you those bad side-effects. I would definitely say at least try it. :)
I'm using Ful Potential more than 4 months, now on 5th bottle. At first I ONLY purchased one bottle then gave it a try whether I'll have any bad side-effects...fortunately I don't have any side-effects.
Besides, FP contains very few FG which you maynot feel anything!
