Hey, been taking pueraria since Dec and thought i'd go out and buy a B cup bra today. I'd noticed i was filling out my current A cup ones quite a bit. I got it and thought i'd prolly have to wait another couple of months before it'd fit but it fits perfectly!! I got it from H & M, i find they do have smaller sizes but it felt great to be taking up a B bra to the checkout instead of an A! Think i'll have to buy more B bras from there soon, teehee.
Hey, i'm using the stuff from pueraria.co.uk. I used the pills (stated on half dose to ease into it) also the cream and spray from there too. It felt so great to buy a B cup bra, never done that before ever! I love H & M for their small sizes.
Hey Katie. Congrats on the results! I'm a skeptical potential user and have been reading the good, the bad, and the ugly on this forum. I'm just not convinced though. Is there anything special you're doing to acheive results?
Hey, I wouldn't say i was doing anything in particular, i'm not taking any herbs or special teas or anything like that. I think the spray works quite well for me and i like it cause it's quick drying. I think the combination of spray and pills has worked for me. This is actualy the first month of taking the full dosage of pills as i started off on half dose. So quite good that there has been a difference on half the dosage. I'm actually going to send in a pic now of my 11 week before and after cause its quite a good pic. (think i just email it to the main address)
Don't think i had many side effects, starting on a lower dose is what i did too. I guess i've been a bit more emotional but i've had a stressful last month or so anyway so could be just that. Nothing i could say was def the pills. Does anyone know how long it takes for you pic page to come up once you've emailed it to the site?

I look like your before picture righ now, and just wondering do you suffer from any hormonal imbalances? I have excess androgens like acne, greasy hair, etc and just wondering if there is anything you might or have dealt with? Thanks :) and good luck
Hi, do you mean hormone imbalances due to the pills? (I actually stopped taking them this month because i'm feeling run down, but hope to start again next month) Due to the pills i dont think i have anything other than my chest had a few spots on it that i never got before. Prior to the pills i always felt really sick before my period but since taking the pills i've found it's not as bad. Not really anything else. Thanks for looking :)

hey, yeah i started on half dose on the first month, then on the second month i did one week of half dose and then a week of full dose and gadually built up from there. I wanted to gradually introduce it into my system. Unfortunately i've been very stressed out this month and decided to stop taking it as i was feeling run down. I've als lost weight which has caused my boobies to shrink too:( i'm getting back on top of things again. (It wasn't to do with the PM my weight loss its cause my b/f of 4 years split up with me and we're having a tough time at the moment while we decide what to do, anyway i wasn't eating which caused the weight loss but getting ontop of it now) Hopefully get back into the PM stuff again next month.

I was just wondering (if you don't mind) what your stats are? Just like your age, height weight ,etc would be great. I'm quite skinny and short ( 155cm & 45kg; australians use these units) and only 19 years old, but im interested in possibly taking pueraria mirifica.
Hi, sorry bout long reply. My b/f and I have def split up and its been terrible. However, i've gained my weight back and feeling lots better bout myself. Boobies starting to go back to what they where aswell. Well i'm about 160cm and i'm 7 stone at the moment but 7 and a half is my normal weight. (i dropped to 6 and a half). I'm quite thin too but i feel lots better since i started putting weight back on. When i start my period again this month i'll be taking the pills again and my boobs always swell. hope this answered your questions and sorry again its so late, not been on this planet recently.

Thank you for even answering for me x_ x we're similar in weight except im shorter..i think i may have gained weight though and i havent got a scale to check my weight.

heya katie, hope you're doing well. I just wanted to check up on ur progress since last yr december coz the last we heard from you was ur b-cup purchase in feb ^^ congrats! Im thinking of ordering the pills and cream from peuraria.co.uk and starting off on the half does as you wisely mentioned! hoping to get ur results ^^ sorry if i sound stalkerish, just found your storyline most easy to follow since u precisely stated that it was just the pills and cream that were giving tou growth!
some stats on me: im currently in australia, cup size 34A .. thats a 10A in aussie terms and i pretty much fill it but not 'muffin top' full... get it :D weigh 50kg, 159cm's tall (thats bout 5'2 or5'3) i forgot, anyways so i hope it works and will keep every1 posted!
